Clients seeking extra volume or a more glamorous look may add additional density in 50g (1 pack) or 100g (2 packs) increments. Please note: Additional density, custom lengths, and specialty color options are available at an additional cost. ⚠️ Please allow at least 1–2 weeks advance to have your extensions ready if we dont have in stock. For the best results, we recommend booking a consultation prior to your appointment if you are unsure about the amount or type of hair needed. IMPORTANT- Extra dense and extremely long hair requires more time and products. This will be an extra $50. Time frame would be adjusted accordingly based on style and hair density.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. If you are unable to reschedule on the website, send us an email immediately. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
