Yes. Clients with braids or locs can still book a scalp analysis and selected scalp treatments. We will assess how much of the scalp is accessible and recommend the most suitable treatment. If the style is very tight or prevents proper access, we may recommend loosening or removing it before a full treatment.

Yes. Please arrive with your hair fully detangled unless your service says otherwise. Pre-detangling is $20, and dense or long hair requiring additional preparation may incur a further $30 fee.

JoBelle uses salon-approved hair, colour and products so we can protect quality and service results. Outside hair or colour is not accepted unless JoBelle approves it before your appointment. Client-supplied hair used for a custom wig is also subject to prior approval.

Custom wigs take approximately 12–14 business days to complete, excluding shipping. Lace options may include 2x6 HD, 4x4 HD, 5x5 HD, 6x6 HD, 7x7 HD, 13x4 HD and 13x6 HD. If you are unsure, request a quotation or consultation and we will recommend the best option for your look, lifestyle and budget.

Yes. Wig services include wig laundry, styling, colouring, bundle drop-off, maintenance and 360 wig reconstruction. The unit must be assessed first because the safest option depends on its lace, construction, hair quality and current condition.

JoBelle offers scalp analysis, Japanese Head Spa and scalp treatments, deep treatments, healthy styling, silk presses, precision cuts, colour, texture release and smoothing services. Your treatment is selected according to your scalp, hair condition and goals.

JoBelle offers traditional sew-ins, tape-ins, I-tips, K-tips, microlinks, beaded wefts and other advanced extension methods. The best method depends on your hair, lifestyle, maintenance commitment and desired result, so a consultation may be recommended.

Extension-shop orders take approximately 5–7 business days to process before shipping. Shipping time begins after processing, and tracking is provided when available.

There is a 10-minute grace period. A $10 fee applies at 15 minutes and a $30 fee at 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a missed appointment.
