  • HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR WIGS?
    JOBELLE Wigs are made with durable breathable mesh caps, machine sewn and hand sewn depending on style. The sewing method is guaranteed to give your unit a neat and flawless finish.
  • CAN I REQUEST A PICK UP?
    YES you can
  • WHY DOES MY UNIT NOT LOOK LIKE IT DOES ON YOU?
    Physical structure is a determining factor on how your unit looks on you. it is very crucial to take into consideration, your height, neck length, complexion, shape of head, size of forehead and hairline. These factors could potentially affect the look of your unit on yourself, as opposed to the other person. Be flexible with your JB unit, you can layer the hair to frame the face, trim the ends, customise the hairline further to acheive your desired look.
  • DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
    YES: Tracking details are sent via email once your unit has been shipped.
  • WILL MY COLOURED UNIT FADE OUT?
    This is relative, and mostly depends on the colour shade itself. But yes, certain colours will fade out overtime or rinse out with continuous washing, which is normal. Avoid wearing wet coloured units on light coloured clothing to avoid stains. In addition, make sure to wash and condition your coloured unit with shampoos and conditioners made specifically for coloured hairs. While we try our best to use the best quality products, JOBELLE would not be held liable for any damages caused to personal effects from hair colour. If you feel your coloured unit has faded, you can always send it in for a fresh colour at a fee.
  • DO YOU MAKE U PART WIGS?
    YES we do. all you need to do is fill out a "custom form" and we would issue you a price quote.
  • HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
    2-5 Business days for domestic shipping. 6-10 Business days for international shipping. it also depends on the "shipping service'' you select during checkout.
  • HOW LONG BEFORE MY WIG IS COMPLETED?
    Please allow 2 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS from when your order is placed to when its completed. Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays are not considered working days. In addition, unforseen circumstances such as illness, weather conditions, emergencies etc may lead to a slight delay in service. However, client would be notified well in advance of any such delay. Wig processing duration does not include shipping time frame.
  • DOES JOBELLE WIGS TANGLE OR SHED?
    Clients may experience minimal shedding, which is usually as a result of cut wefts. Also, lack of proper care of your unit may cause shedding, such as not brushing it frequently and properly, styling your unit without any products especially during winter and dry season. All our units are made with 100% virgin hair and as such should be properly cared for. when your unit is not frequently and properly brushed, it will tangle long term, especially in the neck area. Curly units MUST be taken care of properly to avoid excessive tangling. Please contact us immediately If you exeperince any excessive shedding, this is not grounds for an exchange/refund but for a viable recommendation to resolve the issue.
  • WHAT HAIR STYLE/WIG WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?
    Clients are advised to do their research on what styles are most flattering to their features. Also consider the hair style that would be of utmost ease to you. For example, if you have no experience with frontals or find them hard to handle but you still desire the frontal look- go for a wide closure unit instead. Also, if you are not good with curly hair but like a wavy texture unit, go for deep wave unit. JOBELLE would not be held liable for any style that is not flattering to a clients features.
  • HOW DO I STYLE AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN MY UNIT?
    It is easy, wash and treat it regularly every 2weeks or send to us to help revamp it. Store your wigs properly. for styling, a light weight serum, a hot comb and a good styling tool.
  • DO YOU TINT THE LACE?
    YES. All JOBELLE UNITS are slightly tinted when you request it. All you need to do is fill out "additional information'' to let us know if you want your unit tinted and what shade. However, please bear in mind that the tint shade may not be a 100% match, due to the fact that there are different skin tones with a variety of undertones. If your unit isnt an exact match to your shade, you can easily go in with your foundation lightly for a more blended look. Or better yet, sign up our facebook group and learn ways to tint your lace at home.
  • WHAT CAP IS USED TO CONSTRUCT THE WIG?
    Breathable mesh wig cap. Standard closure wigs and 5x5 closure wigs do not come with adjustable straps except the client purchases a strap from our ''services'' section. ALL FRONTAL UNITS, 6X6 & 7X7 UNITS are made with adjustable straps.
  • DO YOU MAKE WIGS WITH BUNDLES NOT PURCAHSED FROM YOU?
    YES WE DO. We accept hair bundles from clients to turn into wigs.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE WIG REVAMPS SERVICES?
    YES we do, both JB units and others.
  • HOW MANY BUNDLES DO YOU USE FOR A WIG?
    All JB wigs dispalyed on our website are made using 3 bundles (300G) for lengths 12''-24''. For CUSTOM UNITS requiring longer lengths in "single drawn" , it is advisable to use 4 bundles for fullness.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    YES we ship Worldwide.
