When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When browsing our store, your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address is automatically collected in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

For Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and any updates.

How do we get your consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return an item, we imply that you are consenting to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If required by law we may disclose your personal information or in the event that you violate our terms and conditions.

 

SECTION 4 - WIX

 

Wix provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us display, market, and sell our products. Every data collated from our website is processed and stored through Wix database, and general application. Your data is processed and stored on a secure server

 

Payment:

If your transaction is processed by our direct payment gateway, your credit/debit card details is stored on 'Square' database. Our website currently uses Square payment platform to process your transaction, alongside PayPal. Square is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your credit/debit card details is only stored for as long as necessary to complete your transaction, after which it is deleted.

All direct payment platforms are required to adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

PCI-DSS requirements allows for the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third party providers currently used on our website would only collect, use and disclose your data for a smooth transaction process and quality customer experience.

Although, some third-party providers such as payment platform/gateways and transaction processors have their own privacy policy in regards to data collection for transactions purposes. We strongly advice that you read their privacy policy

 to better understand how your personal information is handled by these providers.

Also, please note that certain third-party providers may be located or in jurisdiction other than where you currently reside. In effect, if you proceed with a transaction offered by the third-party provider, your data may be subject to laws governing their jurisdiction. For instance, if you reside in Canada and  your transaction is processed by payment platform located in the United States, your data may be subject to disclosure under the United States Regulatory legislation and the Patriot Act.

During your transaction, if you are re-directed to a third-party payment platform or website, you are no longer governed by our Privacy Policy and Wix Privacy Policy.

By visiting our website, you are indicating that you represent the legal age of consent in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our website.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy at any time, so kindly review often. However, any changes or updates made to this policy would be communicated to you and would take effect as soon as it is posted on our website.
